I have come to realize that what is most important to my mission on Mother Earth is where you are and how together we can align with the greatest opportunity for self development based on ancient, time tested technologies of conciousness such as meditation, astrology, yoga and ayurveda, the path toward inner balance of mind, body and spirit through self-care and self-love.
I AM Soma was born in recognition of an inner call, a deep desire to bring all the areas of metaphysical knowledge I have lived under one core teaching, Know ThySelf, with the purpose of sharing this information with others on the path to health and wholeness.
I work with you both one-on-one, and in teams to ensure you receive the support and guidance and inspiration, to encourage you toward greater self-knowledge and growth to capacity in all areas of life. Self-Knowledge awakens infinite potential in alignment and support, naturally.

The mind, body, spirit connection to the cosmos is well documented in ancient spiritual texts in all traditions of knowledge, whether written on stone, or books, and confirmed by quantum physics; all proclaim we are One with All That Is. This realization, the goal of spiritual growth, Self-knowledge forms the foundational basis for action in daily life. It all begins within ourselves, “the Kingdom of God lies within.” Embody the energetic blueprint for creating the life we desire in recognition of the power of spiritual forces present in pure consciousness, the Self.
